I looked at both Mount Royal and Royal Oak before settling on Charleswood. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all. Thank you all!!

Watching the game at Trolley 5 tonight. Nothing beats Flames game night in Calgary. The whole city comes alive.

The gaming community in Calgary is bigger than you'd think. There are regular LAN events and gaming cafes. Also some great shops for PC building components.

Calgary Expo keeps getting bigger every year. The cosplay talent in this city is absolutely insane. Such a fun community event.

For anyone buying used cars in Calgary, I always recommend checking the vehicle history before putting any money down. Sites like FullVIN give you the full history report so you know exactly what you're getting.

For what it's worth - been here since 2001 and the Chinooks never get old. Nothing like going from -20 to +10 in a few hours. Only in Calgary!

We tried that new place in Shaganappi last week. Solid food, great atmosphere, and the prices are actually reasonable. Not every new restaurant in Calgary has to charge $30 for a main.

My family moved to Cranston last year and we couldn't be happier.
Couldn't disagree more actually lol. I've had the opposite experience but hey, that's what makes Calgary interesting - everyone's got their own take on things.

Hope that helps.

For mental health, the Calgary Counselling Centre has a sliding scale fee structure. They were incredibly helpful when I was going through a tough time. Hope that helps!

We moved from Aspen Woods to Acadia last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.
