This is so helpful! I'd recommend driving through McKenzie Towne at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.

We rent in South Calgary and our landlord just raised the rent 15%. Seriously considering buying at this point. The math is starting to make more sense to own.
