The sense of community in Point McKay is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere. Hope that helps!

If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Been tracking Calgary gas prices and they fluctuate a lot week to week. GasBuddy app helps find the cheapest station near you. Usually saves 5-10 cents per liter.

New bike lanes keep popping up and honestly, as someone who cycles to work, they're amazing. Calgary is becoming much more bike-friendly.
Hope that helps. |

Cornerstone is a great choice! We've been here for 12 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.

I've had a different experience actually. watching the game at Trolley 5 tonight. Nothing beats Flames game night in Calgary. The whole city comes alive.
