Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. if walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

I looked at both Livingston and Elbow Park before settling on Shawnessy. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.
