Just discovered Cold Garden in Tuscany and wow. Why didn't anyone tell me about this place sooner? The Japanese is authentic and absolutely delicious.

The restaurant scene in Signal Hill keeps getting better. A new spot just opened up and the reviews are already fantastic. Calgary's food game is strong.

Shout out to everyone in this thread. This is what a real community forum should be - people actually helping each other out. fr

Totally agree with this. I've been in Calgary for 6 years now and Chaparral is honestly one of the best kept secrets in the city. The community feel there is something else.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Sports-wise, anyone in Calgary doing home automation? I've got a full smart home setup and the Calgary weather monitoring is really handy for automated blinds and heating.

Home renovation quotes in Calgary are all over the place.
Gas prices at Costco on Deerfoot are usually the cheapest in the city. Worth the drive and the lineup if you're filling up a big tank.

Cheers!

Ship & Anchor is a Calgary institution. Been going there for years. The patio in summer is one of the best spots in the entire city. Hope that helps!

Hope that helps.
