For families with young kids, East Village is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

What's your take?

Just bought in Cornerstone and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.
