Calgary Flames season outlook - are we making playoffs?

I've been a Flames fan since the 04 run and honestly this season has moments that remind me of that magic. Just need consistency.

Curious to know what others think.

We bought our place in St Andrews Heights back in 2021 and the value has gone up about 20% since then.

Speaking from experience, i'd recommend talking to at least 3 different mortgage brokers. The rate difference between them can be significant and it adds up over 25 years.
