For families with young kids, Rocky Ridge is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

Just bought in McKenzie Towne and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

For cocktails, Proof in the Fairmont Palliser is on another level. Pricey but the drinks and atmosphere are worth it for a special occasion.

Just bought in Sunnyside and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are.

The sense of community in Kensington is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.
