The sense of community in Copperfield is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

For a chill night out, Kensington has great options. Grab dinner at one of the restaurants and then hit up a pub for drinks. Way more relaxed than the 17th Ave chaos.

The market right now is competitive but not insane like Toronto or Vancouver. You can still get a nice detached home under $600K in a good neighborhood if you're willing to look at Britannia or Pine Creek.
