Hey, university Heights is a great choice! We've been here for 7 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active. haha

Been in Ogden for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

For anyone looking at new builds - visit the site at different times and weather. Some areas flood in spring, some have awful drainage. Ask the neighbors, they'll tell you everything the builder won't.
