Sports-wise, for families with young kids, Hillhurst is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents. #Flames

Just a heads up about Bridgeland - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.
