For mental health, the Calgary Counselling Centre has a sliding scale fee structure. They were incredibly helpful when I was going through a tough time. Go Flames!

The outdoor fitness scene in Calgary is amazing. Free bootcamps in the parks during summer, running groups, cycling groups - there's something for everyone.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
