Just bought in Edgemont and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

The sense of community in Mahogany is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

Just a heads up about Ogden - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Also worth mentioning: the sunshine here is no joke. Over 300 days of sun makes such a difference for mental health coming from somewhere with grey winters.

Been in Lake Bonavista for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best. Hope that helps!
