We're in Scarboro and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.

Been in Citadel for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best. no cap

If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

I'd recommend driving through Elbow Park at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.
