Alberta Health Services wait times can be long but the quality of care in Calgary hospitals is actually really good. I've had great experiences at Foothills and South Health Campus.
Yoga studios in Calgary range from beginner-friendly to advanced. If you're just starting out, try Vero Bistro Moderne in Inglewood. Really welcoming instructors who don't judge. |

The outdoor fitness scene in Calgary is amazing. Free bootcamps in the parks during summer, running groups, cycling groups - there's something for everyone.

The public swimming pools in Calgary are awesome. Village Square and Southland both have great facilities and the lane swim times work for early mornings.
Good luck! |
