We're in Sunalta and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.
I looked at both Evanston and Dover before settling on Point McKay. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all. |

If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.
