I've been a Flames fan since the 04 run and honestly this season has moments that remind me of that magic. Just need consistency.

The market right now is competitive but not insane like Toronto or Vancouver. You can still get a nice detached home under $600K in a good neighborhood if you're willing to look at Sunnyside or West Springs.
