My recommendation: spend a weekend in Sunalta before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.

Been in Beddington for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.
Hope that helps. |

University District is a great choice! We've been here for 7 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.

The public swimming pools in Calgary are awesome. Village Square and Southland both have great facilities and the lane swim times work for early mornings.
Hope that helps. |
