For anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.
If you need a physiotherapist in Calgary, I can't recommend Innovation Physical Therapy enough. They actually take the time to understand your issue and create a proper treatment plan. What do you all think? |

FWIW, just saw an amazing show at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. Calgary's arts scene doesn't get enough credit. The Calgary Philharmonic is world class.

Stoney Trail has been amazing for my commute from Altadore to the south end. What used to take 45 minutes on Deerfoot is now 25 minutes. Worth the toll honestly.
