I've been running the Bow River pathway for years and it never gets old. The stretch from Edworthy to Prince's Island is perfect for a 10K. Beautiful any season.

Condo owners in Calgary - just be careful with special assessments. Read the reserve fund study before buying. Learned that lesson the hard way.

The secondary suite market in Calgary is really strong. We have a legal basement suite in Lynnwood and the rental income covers a big chunk of our mortgage. Worth the investment for sure. haha
