I'd recommend driving through West Springs at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening. Thank you all!!

For families with young kids, Sunalta is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.
