Cheapest Plan that I could get with Bell?

Just wondering what is the cheapest plan I could get with Bell through retention or elsewhere? I was gonna cancel my line but I thought I should get a cheap plan and give it to someone in my family so that they have instead of paying ECF (which is 285 at the moment) Thanks
