Hello, I would like to port my number from Bell Mobility to Wind Mobile and allow someone else to assume my Bell Mobility contract which has 5 months remaining. I was told by a Bell rep that I have two choices, 1) port my number and pay the penalty to break my contract, or option 2, allow...
