Best low cost phone ($0-$50) on a voice plan?

Hi all. My wife gets a corporate plan through her work and we are looking to switch over from prepaid. We don't need a data plan. Which device is the best option for us? From what i can see, it looks like the top choices would be the Acer Liquid MT, Nokia X7, or BB 9360. Any...
