National Briefing | Washington: Sept. 11 Suspects to Be Tried by Military
The Defense Department has referred charges including terrorism, hijacking, murder and war crimes against Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four others accused of planning the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks to a commission for trial by a military judge at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.
