Like Madonna, her spiritual godmother, Lady Gaga, quite undeniably, delivers in a live setting â?? perhaps with a bit less smugness and a lot more emotion. But the idea is the same: the whole thing is more akin to a Cirque du Soleil show than a rock concert.
