Calling all Rogers Customer in Winnipeg - 4g speeds?!?!
OK I have had enough! My s3 is slow as dung with pages not loading or looking blankly at the screen waiting. What are other people in Winnipeg getting using speed test? I am in the south end and on my s3 I get anywhere from .33 mbps to maybe if I am lucky 5mbps (usualy low 1`s) with ping in the 350...
