FS: 1999 blazer 163000 km. ( Calgary ) $1,200.00

Went to go start my blazer this morning and wouldn't start. Tried to boost it and still wouldn't go. I suspect it's the starter but I'm not a mechanic. I don't hear any "clicking" sound.Want it gone
