Bell coverage map shows future LTE coverage in Saskatchewan

http://www.bell.ca/coverage Bell is now showing future LTE coverage in Saskatchewan including Regina and Saskatoon, but still nothing for Manitoba. Would this mean that Bell has inked a deal with Sasktel for LTE?
