Post Fidel Castro's latest rant targets Harper — sort of

The latest missive from Fidel Castro, entitled "Stephen Harper's Illusions," takes aim at Canada, and covers everything from the Falkland Islands to Pierre Trudeau and the oilsands. But there's not much talk of Canada's prime minister — which is odd, given the title.
