I've been trying to get in contact with Telus customer service, but the link to their contact email has been broken for a month, and anytime I try to use their dumb "chat with us" thing, it always has 15+ people ahead of me and crashes before I get my chance to talk to someone, thus resetting my queue position. Also the phone number is a joke, they never answer and I can't be on hold all day long.
So here's my situation: I'm self employed and my job involves download and uploading massive files on a daily basis. I'm currently paying for the best internet Telus has in my area (it's something around 100mb download and 30mb upload). I've been getting 55mb download and 10-15mb upload speeds since late November. If possible, I'd like to contact Telus and let them know I want to pay half my bill for this month, or at least until I'm getting the services I've been promised. A few questions that would help me greatly if answered: 1. What's the Telus contact email for support? I tried finding it on their support page, the link puts me on a blank page. 2. Where do I find my current Telus plan, including the internet speeds I'm supposed to be getting? I was getting 100mb download and 30mb upload, but I think the plan I'm on advertises 100mb download and around 20-25mb upload. I can't figure out where the Telus page shows my current plan information. 3. How do I contact Telus about billing information? I'm sure they'll argue with me, but I don't see a reason to pay full price for half the services promised. Thanks for your time More... |
